Exercise Classes

We call it Fit Rx.

The classes are a stand alone service available to anyone who wants to participate.

Certified Group Fitness and Yoga instructor, Cindi Walsh, draws on her 9+ years of experience in the fitness industry to offer a wide range of creative low impact fitness modalities. Cindi’s classes are designed to strengthen, tone, and realign the body. The benefits of these practices will enhance the students overall well-being including weight loss, increased self-confidence, enhanced mental health, and stress management.

The classes we offer

Morning Awakening Yoga and Intentional meditation

Awaken your body and your mind with this early morning 45-minute energizing yoga flow, followed by a 15-minute intentional meditation.

Beginner Yoga

A yoga introductory class that teaches the foundations of yoga. This class is for both persons who are new to the yoga practice and those who are experienced and looking to refresh the foundation of their practice.

Yoga Strength

A yoga flow class that has an added element of strength building. We will use basic yoga poses and add extra strength building exercises with the usage of props such as weights, bands, and exercise balls.

Sculpt

This class is designed to sculpt and tone every muscle group in the body. We will use a combination of dumbbells, resistance bands, and your body weight to tone your body and sculpt your muscles by working them to fatigue.

Slow flow Yoga

This class uses a select few yoga poses that will be held longer than your traditional flow yoga classes. The long hold of the poses allows us to access and release tension found deep in the muscular tissue. The class will end with an extended Savasana to allow the body to rejuvenate in a deep relaxed state.

Barre

Barre uses a combination of Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet moves to create a long lean dancer-like body. The results of this practice are sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat, elongated thighs, and improved posture and body alignment.

Burst

An interval training body weight workout class. We will use repetitive moves with bursts of energy followed by a rest and recovery period. This style of training has excellent cardiovascular benefits. It can also help to improve strength, increase muscle endurance, and speed up weight loss.

We offer both small group classes as well as personal training.

Each small group class will abide by the standard Covid safety regulations. Small groups classes will have a maximum of 4 people and the room will be sanitized before and after each class. We also offer personal training / private classes if you’d like to reserve the room for you and up to 3 guests.
